Many in our community have no medical insurance and do not have the financial means to obtain medical care. Our county is also home to migrant farm workers who have a difficult time navigating the current healthcare environment. PFC seeks to stand in the gap providing primary medical care and disease management.
The patients that we serve do not qualify for Medicaid, are uninsured and have a household income that is less than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.
THE NEED IS GREAT, BUT TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
